Excellent customer service! Had to travel to Autoxchange to view the car so wanted to buy and take away that day. They made sure car was valeted and serviced before my arrival. I got a great price on my part ex. Very happy with my shiny Red Skoda Fabia. Excellent car would recommend Autoxchange to everyone it's well worth the journey. Fantastic example of good customer service, Had a great deal with a Peugeot 508sw, nothing has been too much trouble for James and the team there. Everything I asked to be done prior to collection was done, fully valeted, serviced, MOT etc. I had a slight problem with rear brake pads on one side, I was booked in next day under warranty and they replaced pads and disks, no quibbles or cheap fixes. I can highly reccomend this garage. Well done.

We saw a Peugeot Partner for sale on auto trader at a very reasonable price and went to see it over the xmas period as soon as we arrived we were given the keys and left to look over the car with no pressure or sales pitch apart from a mention that the turbo had problem, we took the car for a spin and liked it a lot James provided a professional approach to the sale with no pushing or hard tactics. We felt at ease with the assurances and care given to us that the car would be in perfect condition with warranty and MOT delivered to our home address 40 miles away, these guys are professional, polite and very thorough We would recommend them to any one wishing to buy a car.
